The Nemesis Machine by ERIC SAWARD
London 1890. Richard Mace. England's greatest actor and most astute amateur detective, comes once again into conflict with the international arch-villain Professor Kasper Gutman. Despite the almost constant fog, Mace traces Gutman to London's literal underworld, the sewers, where their greatest and perhaps final battle takes place.
