Jersey All Stars, directed by Malcolm Creese , begin a three-part salute to Duke Ellington, continued in tomorrow's and Thursday's programmes. Recorded at this year's Jersey Jazz Festival, they play British and European arrangements of Ellington's music. The line-up is Tony Coe , Lee Konitz , Norma Winstone , Gary Kavanagh , Mark Nightingale , John Horler , John Halton and Allan Ganley. Plus a word with the band's local trumpeter, Gary Kavanagh.
