Glenn Gould: Concert Dropout

At the height of his international fame, the Canadian pianist Glenn Gould retired from the concert platform. From that time until his death in 1982, he devoted himself to recording, and established a controversial reputation as writer, philosopher, broadcaster and film-maker.
