Holiday

on BBC One London

Introduced by Cliff Michelmore
The USA looks set to become the big holiday destination in 1980 and this week JOHN CARTER reports on the attractions of Florida and, in particular, Miami Beach. London is the most popular home holiday destination and we look at London through the eyes of two families from the Midlands who travelled there by coach and by rail. A report by Tony Francis. Frank Bough continues his journey through France, and in the studio John Carter and Norma Shepherd have the latest news and views of the travel and holiday scene.
