Nine months ago Wiriana Kacaniku returned home from a refugee camp in Turkey just weeks after the peace deal had been signed. Her plight was the subject of a Radio 4 programme last year, and this follow-up continues the story of how she is coping in a region where ethnic tensions remain as high as ever.
