Barbara Hershey , Roddy McDowall Brownsville is in danger. Located directly beneath Brownsville Lake Dam, the small town repeatedly ignores warnings that the dam is weakening until a torrent is unleashed and devastation is imminent. High action and suspense dominate this drama in which two men fight desperately to save a town from its own indifference.
