The Shaw Festival: The Doctor's Dilemma

on BBC Radio 4 FM

A tragedy by Bernard Shaw
with Derek Godfrey, Sarah Badel, Gary Bond and Stephen Murray

The dilemma, is whose life should a doctor save - that of a caddish, amoral artist who is in love with the same woman that he himself loves, or the life of a thoroughly good but very ordinary man? The play is set in 1903 and is also concerned with the ethics of private medicine.
