Farming in Scandinavia-I

on National Programme Daventry

JOHN MORGAN
What is happening in Denmark, and in Scandinavia generally, is becoming increasingly important to English farmers. In order fully to learn the political and commercial relations between the Scandinavian countries and our own, it is necessary to see these countries at first hand, quite apart from the fact that we have much to learn from them in farming technique and marketing methods.
With these thoughts in mind, the BBC made arrangements for Mr. John Morgan to go on a tour of Denmark, Sweden and Norway. He is now back in England and tonight will give the first of three talks in which he will describe what he has seen and heard there.
