Paula

on BBC Radio 4 FM

A savage axe attack four years ago left a ten-year-old Caerphilly schoolgirl Paula Hughes with brain damage so severe her doctors warned she would never be more than a helpless baby.

Paula's mother refused to believe them and through her determination, and the work of the Institute for the Achievement of Human Potential, Paula is making remarkable progress towards regaining a normal life.
