THE P.E.N. CLUB CONFERENCE, which is being held in Scotland this year, will be one of the most interesting events in 1934. Several hundred delegates are expected from European and other countries. Marian McNeill , herself an enthusiastic member of P.E.N., is well known in Scotland as a journalist and author.
