3/4. George Melly presents a history of one of the world's most famous jazz clubs. By 1965 Ronnie Scott 's moved to larger premises on Frith Street. Regular visitors included Princess Margaret (an admirer of Oscar Peterson ) and the young Kenneth Clarke (a fan of hard bop). Among the performers were Buddy Rich with his big band, Mike Westbrook , Weather Report and Sarah Vaughan. Producer Alan Hall
