Thanks to your Bring and Buy Sales one million men, women, children and babies will have their sight saved. Today Janet reports from Malawi and the first sight of the Blue Peter Mobile Eye Units, where 2-year-old Emmanuel - blind since he was 1 - has had a sight restoring operation, thanks to the appeal.
