Rough Justice

on BBC One London

Earmarked. Mark Dallagher was jailed for life on the evidence of an ear print found on a window at a murder scene. He spent seven years in prison before tests proved the DNA on the ear print wasn't his. The film follows the increasingly bitter struggle as the case went first to appeal and then a retrial. The real murderer has never been found.
