Talk by the Rev. J. N. Schofield
Lecturer in Hebrew and Old Testament Studies in the University of Cambridge
An exhibition of interest to all those who want to understand the background to the Bible is at present being held in the British Museum. It is called ' From the Land of the Bible,' and has been touring in America and Holland before coming to this country. Mr. Schofield has visited the exhibition and examined some of the objects. In this talk he explains the way in which what is dug up in Palestine can help us to understand the Bible more clearly.
