Meeting her childhood best friend Sunny Jacobs after 30 years, documentary film-maker Micki Dickoff is shocked by the difference in their fortunes. Sunny is serving life for the murder of two policemen, with her boyfriend facing the death penalty. One visit convinces Micki of their innocence, but can she prove it?
