An Appeal on behalf of PETERHEAD COTTAGE HOSPITAL, by FREDERICK MARTIN
The establishment of a cottage hospital atPeterhead depends, at the moment, on the success of an appeal issued by the Hospital Committee for £.30,000. Certain gifts which have recently been received are conditional on the raising of the balance of the sum within a specified time, and it is imperative that the erection of the hospital should begin within the next three years. The building of the hospital at Peterhead will be a great boon to the town and its neighbourhood, and it is hoped that not only natives of Peterhead in Scotland and furth of it, but the public in general will respond generously to the appeal which is being made tonight by Mr. Frederick Martin.
