Rolf Harris recalls some heartwarming stories from past visits to the RSPCA's Harmsworth Hospital.

Tonight's programme features the case of Snowy the poodle, a victim of cruelty and neglect, who was found dumped outside a police station. She was nursed back to health by the hospital staff and eventually given a loving home.
