Now in its second year, ' To Start You Talking ' is breaking both new ground and new technique. In this group of programmes youngsters of all kinds from all parts of the country will do their own talking in the studio. Today's seven young people include types from a public schoolboy to an engineer's apprentice, and come from as far north as Cumberland and as far south as Bristol.
