Rudyard Kipling Lived Here Kingsley Amis visits
Batemans, the home of Rudyard Kipling in Burwash, Sussex. It is preserved almost exactly as it was when Kipling lived there. Amis considers the breadth of Kipling's achievement as poet, novelist and storyteller.
