Although the repeat of this award-winning drama by Dennis Potter ends tonight, one of his later works Lipstick on Your Collar gets another showing on Channel 4 starting tomorrow at
10.00pm. And the playwright will also dominate the television schedules next year when
Karaoke and ColdLazarus, two linked four-part dramas that he finished just before his death in June, are screened on both
BBC 1 and C4 in accordance with hisdyingwishes.
In tonight's episode Who
Done It, Marlow is in his hospital bed still dreamingabout the frightening figure of the scarecrow which now suddenly erupts into the ward reminding him of yet another disturbing event from his childhood.
