The Bedroom Window

on BBC One London

First showing on network television of the thriller starring Steve Guttenberg
Elizabeth McGovern
Isabelle Huppert
It began as an illicit affair, it ended in murder. A married woman witnesses an attack on a woman in the street below her lover's apartment. He lies to the police, pretends he saw the attack, and is soon their chief suspect in a series of violent murders. The only way he can prove his innocence is to find the real killer before he kills again. The film provides a rare straight role for Guttenberg of the Police Academy film series and Cocoon fame. Carl Lumbly , familiar as Marcus Petrie in Cagney and Lacey, also appears.
