Professor V.H. Mottram, the author of 'Food and the Family', concludes his series of talks on the scientific aspect of food with some very useful advice on 'Economy in Food.' Many careful housewives, with every desire to be economical, waste money because of an antiquated belief that certain standard foods - "usually the expensive ones" - are more nutritive than certain others - usually the cheap ones.
