The BBC opens a new club in the heart of London for men of the Merchant Service. When they reach London, they will find a welcome for them here. If they are at the other side of the world, they can tune in and join this fellowship of cheerful music and reminiscence. Once a week they will meet some of their shipmates, familiar characters, and new friends. Presented by Howard Thomas
