Haydn's magnificent setting of the Te Deum launches the final Prom, and Poul Ruders's reworking of Purcell provides a new guide to the sounds of the orchestra. The concert also celebrates the 75th birthday of Sir Malcolm Arnold and features two of Britain's best-loved singers in the traditional festivities.
