In the kitchen with Peter Hudson and David Halls today is bright and bubbly Cheryl Baker. On the menu are two pork dishes, including a roast made of pork chops stuffed with apricots. They also cook Szechuan beef with beancurd, a Chinese-style dish which, although exotic-tasting, is really easy and inexpensive to prepare.
