Anne Nightingale and Adrian Love feature listeners' letters on almost any subject.
One listener writes:
It's becoming more and more obvious that women are taking over the world. I don't mind this at all, in fact, good luck to them! But I do mind when it comes to buying my newspaper and finding that half of it is made up of women's articles. These are supposed to be working men's newspapers, but normally they have whole double pages advertising women's sales or supermarkets. pages of women's fashions and beauty tips and full pages on slimming. Surely all these things belong in women's magazines, which is what they're there for? I believe I'm being done out of three or four pence every time I buy a newspaper.'
