The Lonesome Reptile

on Third Programme

View in Radio Times

by A.J. Marshall, D.Phil., D.sc., Reader in Zoology and Comparative Anatomy in the University of London

Reptiles rarely commend themselves to our notice, so it is somewhat of a surprise to find two books about them published simultaneously: The Reptile World by Clifford H. Pope, and Reptiles by Angus d'A.Bellairs. Dr. Marshall, who grew up in a snaky country, speaks about these zoologically interesting animals.
