Sally had a terrible row with Margaret Cunningham who will not return to Cheyne Walk. Richard is very angry and even Jim feels Sally is much to blame. One of the patients' children was very rude to Lionel Smithson. He felt he ought to leave at the end of the month but Jim is pleased with his work and is keeping him for a time.
