Carolyn takes a trip back in time on the Golden Hind, Jake investigates the inner secrets of the palm tree, and Duncan Goodhew gets a grip on parascending. Also, in the Sport Aid spot, there's the final run-off of Sport Aid 1,000. 'Our Man', David English, will be tackling table tennis, Cheryl Baker is popping popcorn, Liz Hobbs meets some more Whizz Kids, 'Pauline, the Handicraft Queen' (ALEX LONSDALE) takes on a telegraph pole, and there will be the further adventures of Ovide and the Gang.
