Camera in the Caribbean: 3: Seacats and Whistlers

on BBC One London

A West Indian journey with Jane Burton.

The Leeward Islands of St. Lucia and Dominica shelter some strange animals. Seacats, the local name for octopus, can be studied on land and in the sea. By day the mountain whistler, a bird of the high forests, can be heard but rarely seen, while a night hunt is needed to reveal the elusive mountain chicken.
