1/5. Donald Macleod embarks on his first walk through Handel's London, featuring today the composer's home of 36 years. Sarah Bardwell gives him a guided tour, beginning at the Handel House Museum on Brook Street, followed by St George 's Hanover Square, the church in which Handel worshipped. The final stop is
Carlisle Street in Soho, currently the offices of Private Eye and the former residence of JC Smith, Handel's friend and amanuensis.
