There is increasing pressure for a change in the law which permits homosexual relationships in private.
Hostility and prejudice are now being shown in a way that has not been seen since the decriminalisation of homosexuality in 1967. This week, at the Heart of the Matter, Helena Kennedy asks what justification there is for interfering with other people's private behaviour to accommodate a swing in public attitudes.
