It's the penultimate day of the Olympics and Britain has medal hopes in cycling with Chris Boardman and Graeme Obree competing in the men's individual time trial. Boardman will be hoping to match the form that won him gold in Barcelona in the individual pursuit, an event in which Obree took part this time around. Commentary by Hugh Porter.

There are also six gold medals to be decided in canoeing and one in dressage. Plus, there's semi-final action in rhythmic gymnastics.
