by the Rt. Hon. Kenneth Younger
Director-General of the Royal
Institute of International Affairs
Must Britain decide now to join the European Economic Community? Mr. Younger tays that the political implications arc so far-reaching and at the same time so obscure that any immediate decision would have to be negative. He thinks that as the future form of European unity becomes clearer Britain will be able to achieve a satisfactory association with her neighbours which will take account of the differences between Britain and Europe as well as the similarities.
