Count Suckle and Duke Vin arrived from Jamaica in the late fifties and set up Britain's first DJ sound systems, playing R'n'B, early jazz, soul and reggae imported from Jamaica and America. Count Suckle's Q club became a hip hangout for everyone into the new black music of the sixties.
This is the story of sound systems and DJ culture in the last 40 years.
