Presented by Barry Norman. Gorillas in the Mist - is based on the true story of murdered anthropologist Dian Fossey who devoted nearly 20 years of her life observing and protecting the gorillas in a small mountain area of central Africa.
Sigourney Weaver stars in the main role and Bryan Brown plays the film-maker emotionally involved with her. Briton Michael Apted directs. The Naked Gun - is a wacky comedy made by the Airplane team. Leslie Nielsen is the clumsy detective and George Kennedy his sidekick who wreak havoc trying to solve a mystery involving heroin smuggling and a plot to murder the Queen. Also with Priscilla Presley.
