An Express Journey through the Centuries by Froom Tyler

The Time Train takes us speeding back into Bristol's past. We go on a tour of time, stopping at various 'stations'-to see Queen Anne, to listen to John Wesley, to glimpse the tragedy of Chatterton, to witness the opening of the Theatre Royal, Bristol, the departure of the Great Western, the opening of the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
In an hour we travel through two centuries, from the opening of the eighteenth century to the first years of the present century.
The journey starts in a professor's house in Clifton some time toward the close of the present century - about 1990.
